International Patient Services at Danamehr Center

Infertility treatment services, including IUI and ICSI (please note that gamete donation and surrogacy are not available for international patients).

Specialized therapies for recurrent pregnancy loss and repeated ART failures.

Services for patients with sexual disorders, communication problems, sexual dysfunction, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs and STDs).

Management of high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities through PGS, NGS, advanced ultrasound monitoring, PGD, PND, CVS, amniocentesis, and selective fetal reduction in multiple pregnancies by a perinatologist.

Treatment of patients with pelvic pain and endometriosis through advanced laparoscopy.

Fertility preservation services, including egg, sperm, and ovarian or testicular tissue freezing.

Andrology clinic services, including TESE, PESA, varicocelectomy, orchiopexy, vasovasostomy, hydrocelectomy, and related procedures.

Sex selection using ICSI + PGD.

Radiology and fluoroscopy services, including hysterosalpingography (HSG).

All infertility-related services are provided within our center, and patients are not referred elsewhere. Surgeries are performed in the presence of an anesthesiologist. If anesthesia is required for IUI or HSG procedures, an anesthesiologist will assist.

Payment Procedures:
Payments are made via an initial credit card in Iranian Rial, with subsequent charges processed step by step. Service package costs are provided at the start, and payments are completed progressively.

Required Documents for Referral:
Couples must bring their passports and a Farsi translation of their marriage certificate, officially endorsed by the relevant embassy in Iran. This process should be followed through the embassy after arrival in Iran.

Age Restrictions for Female Patients:

ICSI: up to 45 years and 6 months

Sex selection + ICSI: up to 42 years and 12 months

Fertility preservation due to cancer: up to 37 years and 12 months

Fertility preservation due to advanced age: up to 40 years and 12 months

Please note that informed consent forms are required for patients over 42 years and 12 months, or for patients who insist on continuing treatment despite poor ovarian response.

Iranians residing abroad are also eligible to access these services. The number of possible ICSI cycles per couple depends on individual conditions and specialist assessment, generally ranging from 4 to 5 cycles.

Up to three high-quality embryos can be transferred per cycle, though the final decision depends on each patient’s condition.

Initial Male Assessments:
Semen analysis, HIV screening, Hepatitis B and C testing, VDRL, and karyotype (if necessary) are required. HIV, Hepatitis B and C, and VDRL screening are mandatory.
